About 15 min early to the apt and didn’t charge extra for the time, but made several holes in the wall carrying large items down stairs and mangled my wall unit which I’ll have to repair on my own dime and I had to do a ton of patches to the wall.

Elite Moving's team was great! Jonathan and his crew called half an hour early to give us a heads up on arrival time and showed right on time. They came to work and were quite industrious, pleasant, respectful and thorough even though it was 95 degrees with 85% humidity! Filled the truck and unloaded and arranged into another house in three hours. Everything was undamaged, very professional, thank you very much! I'd use them again without hesitation.

Late had to wait for extra staff to arrive, Truck not big enough, making two trips necessary and thus added time.
Every wood item scratched or chipped other than what we wrapped ourselves. Refrigerator scratched and dented requiring purchase of a new one. I could add more but it has taken me two months so settle down enough to write this.

Unlikely to do business again. My rating would have been better if I had received the service that I had expected.
Movers called approximately 4 days prior to the scheduled service to reschedule the time of service. After i had accepted the time change (from a 10 AM to 3 PM arrival), the movers called the day of the move to request another change. The movers arrived approximately 2-3 hours ahead of the new schedule (1:15 PM to be exact). This caused unexpected delays in other scheduled services for that day.
In addition, the movers attempted to cut the service time short by 15 minutes. Their service did not start until I met them at 1:15 PM, and I was notified their services was ending at 3:00 PM for a 2 hour job. Not a big deal, except that I had to help them move my stuff in order to meet that deadline. I shouldn't have to pay 2 pe6oole to do a job for a one bedroom move that did not include appliances. Also, they forgot a hand truck that I had requested. This was not an ideal move. This was not a great move.
