They did a pretty good job but unfortunately they only spoke Spanish so I could not speak to them at all! This is crucial in being able to coordinate with them about certain items and a huge problem. I had containers of fragile or important things labeled and there was no way to ask them to be mindful of certain things like computers and tvs and kitchen glass. I just had to watch them toss them around. Very very frustrating. I am not just paying for labor work I need to be able to communicate with them...

The movers showed up on time, but they smelled of alcohol and smoke and appeared to be under the influence. They ripped my couch, drug my antique furniture on the cement, and dropped my washing machine down the stairs. We hired them for two hours and they took a 15 minute smoke break after driving the two miles to my new place. After all that, one of them threw up in my bathroom. It was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Jason was absolutely amazing. He packed my truck so well it looked the same when I rolled up the door as it did when I left 400 miles earlier. The entire crew was great, which included Skeat, Pete, and repeat.
I don't know what you are paying Jason, whatever it is, he deserves to be paid more.

Team was very reckless with our items and home. Has damaged glass ware and physical damaged to multiple doors to my home.
How will Elite make me whole on my home damaged. Need at least 2 areas repaired and repainted
