The guys were on time and worked so hard in the heat!! They loaded in the moving truck so well. We will be using them again soon. Thank you!!

We had requested 4 guys for 2 hours to load or things into the Pods. Two of the guys came a little early and could not speak english. There was a person initially available to translate by phone but once the moving was started there was no way for us to explain what order we wanted items placed in the Pod and we were not confident that they could read the stickers on all the items marked fragile.
The remaining two guys came late and one of them could speak english the other was a much smaller guy who was not able to move as much.
Our smaller Pod was packed top to bottom with all our boxes. The second Pod was a mix of items and boxes and was not packed well. There were gaps throughout the pod and by the end they were not able to fit all out stuff in. After they left we had to unpack the second pod and re-load it ourselves to get all our things into it. This was a huge disappointment because we were told they were professional packers and would know how to pack a Pod.
It was a very hot day and we appreciated the help we received but in the end we overpaid for general labor, they were not professional packers.

The guys arrived early, and they were super helpful. They helped me put a big TV inside a TV box. My husband was out of town, and it was just me. They were respectful and made me feel comfortable (which has not been the case with all moving companies, so I am always a bit afraid). They were also great around my very curious cat. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
