The one guy who came out was great and a super hard worker… the problem is that I requested, and paid for, two guys to come out. So, instead of two guys it was me and the guy who came out doing all the loading and moving of furniture. Not the end of the world, just not a company I would go with again.

The men called me with info about their arrival time and arrived as agreed. They worked hard in the AZ heat and quickly unloaded my Pod, stacking everything neatly into my living room as requested. Excellent service and I would call them again. Highly recommended!

The crew was on time, very polite and seemed to care about my belongings. The lead/supervisor seemed to be very knowledgeable on how to load and protect my furniture and miscellaneous household items. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

On time. Unloaded the POD well and put everything away to specified rooms. Didn't damage anything!

This isn't against the men that showed up (an hour late) to move out household, however, the movers took multiple breaks and left our truck open with everything out and never notified us. This happened SEVERAL times and we were paying BY THE HOUR! The movers complained of the stairs (3rd floor) and we understand that it could make their job more difficult, however that was information we disclosed in our application so I didn't understand why they would send only 2 workers with issues going up stairs. In the end, my husband and I were doing most of the work, the guys stopped at the 2nd floor with our belongings husband and I took turns bringing it up the rest of the way because we have a 1 year old in the apartment too. We ended up paying them for 3 hours when only 2 were worked, we did half of the work WITH THEM, and they left over half of the truck filled with our belongings after they left. So we took an additional 2 days to unload our truck and the movers did maybe 15% of the move. This was an absolute waste of money and effort.

I hired two movers for loading (for two hrs). On the moving date four movers came and finished the job in an hour. The movers were responsible and the work was efficiently done. I’m satisfied with my moving.

The 2 men came at 9:30, which was within my 1 hour arrival window and worked very hard through out our entire 2 hour booking, carrying all the heavy items. They got our entire house packed in a pod.
