They called the day before to push their arrival time back 3 hours. When they didn't arrive by the revised time, I called and was asked why I didn't call at the original scheduled time. They clearly forgot about my job and ended up arriving 5.5 hours late. That's not the movers' fault, but whoever handles their scheduling. The movers did a good job and worked hard. They only broke one item and forgot to load a few large items. I would not use them again.

The guys ran over an hour late due to the previous job. I hired 3 guys for 2 hours and I ended up with 2 guys for 3 hours at the same price. I was fine with all of the above. The 2 guys that arrived were very pleasant and professional. They managed to pack my 20 foot moving truck from top to bottom using all the available space. They finished up with 15 minutes to spare. Considering it was 117 degrees that day, I was grateful for the service. I provided plenty of bottled water on ice along with fresh bananas and oranges to keep them energized and hydrated.
Overall, great job and I would hire Elite Services again!

We weren't their first job for the day but they worked their tails off. I think they were short staffed but they came through for us. The guys were patient answering questions. They were kind to our 9 year old granddaughter hanging around and we could not have. asked for better care of our furniture and other stuff. Besides we learned how to load a POD or truck right from now on.
AZ is hell in June and not once did I hear gross language or complaints. Perfect gentleman. Thank you Jason and your fellow helper. You guys were the A team in our opinion.

I ordered 3, got 2, Spanish speaking. Very nice and we were able to communicate, however, when I called the guy from elite argued with me about my order. On r last call he still wanted to throw it in my face about my order of 3. Very arrogant person, I was not impressed with him, I do not impress easily!

They were totally prepared, worked so hard and continuous in 118 degree weather! They were so polite, helpful and took great care with our property. They completed the job on-time!
