Scratched wooden floor, damaged living room wall, damaged entrance on door frame into the house, damaged corners on wall entering hall way. damaged wall in hall way.
Was told someone would be in contact with me on 6-11-2021 now 6-19-2021 to calls. no answer to my calls or messages.
The people that loaded furniture in Arizona did great job.....The ones that unloaded in Missouri caused all the damages.

The 2 movers were scheduled to arrive between 3-4pm. They arrived a little after 415pm. This was fine because we were slightly delayed with travel time and the company kept us updated. Once the movers arrived we were informed that this was their 4th job of the day. At this point it was 100 degrees outside. One of the helpers appeared very fatigued and dehydrated. He ended up almost passing out and dropping one of our storage containers. I honestly, was more concerned about his health. He continued to try and work. I called the company and informed them of this issue immediately. Luis was the other helper. He was great and continued working. The company stated they would try and send someone else to help Luis, but then settled on us being able to keep Luis for 4 hours. The only issue we had with this was that we were encouraged not to help Luis due to the fact that we were paying for the service. But it was 100 degrees outside and this was not a one man job, so my fiance did help. Luis did great. I wish the company would not send "worn" workers who have done heavy lifting all day.

Johnathan and Anthony were outstanding from extremely prompt arrival to closeout. I definitely was overwhelmed about how to pack my moving truck and Johnathan was very thorough and meticulous with putting our stuff in the best position. The guys go nonstop, very friendly, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone moving!
