We had two movers to help us move out of our four bedroom, two bathroom home. We had the amount of furniture that you would expect from a home of that size, but the job was completed in only three hours. We cannot ask for friendlier movers, and they did a phenomenal job packing up the truck. We were extremely happy with how tied down and secure everything was in there. Highly recommended!!

Elite staffing was on time. I hired two movers and two showed up. One of the movers spent about 20 of his 30 minutes that he lasted on the job in his truck. He then proceeded to throw up outside of my property. I was in contact with the manager and he sent me another mover, that showed up two hours later. The only reason the two hour job was done in 3 hours is because my husband helped and unloaded the truck. I then argued with the manager for about 20 minutes just try and get a 50% refund, he cared more about his reputation, his review, and his money than the customer service he provided.

They were on time and worked hard during hot weather. We would have preferred them to wear face masks during this infectious time, per county laws, even if that meant they took more breaks.

Do not use at all. Absolutely would not recommend. This company took forever to load up my house. I booked 4 guys for 5 hours and it was a loading job for a 3 bedroom townhome. It took them almost 8 hours to load up my house in the truck. Why did it take so long? Well because after the consistent many smoke breaks that the had took; which lead to an hour, they also were sitting down constantly. The whole time they were moving my house all they would do is complain about how much stuff I had and how it was heavy. There was a moment when 2 guys left to go to the store to buy some drinks. I understand one possibly leaving but two? Also, why didn’t they come prepared wit their own drinks so they didn’t have wasted a hour. I complained to m contact and yes they did refund me for that time lost. Also, they did a horrible job on wrapping some of the stuff. So if you want your 65inch TV to have a scratch on it and also be chipped from the top because they didn’t use all the moving blankets and wraps you provided for them, then this is the company to go for. On top of damages for my TV they chipped, scratched and broke the leg to my TV set. My mirror also got chipped. There were other damages that happened. I sent over all the pictures of the stuff that got damaged to Dulce and after it taking a week of me to constantly call and text her, she finally responded to me. She stated management said they cant do anything about it. That’s the answer I got. This whole thing could of been prevented if they used all of the moving blankets that was provided. I bought about 30 blankets and only 15 were used. I also bought 2 shrink wraps and only 1 was used. I had taken a picture of both unused items and still gave me that answer. Definitely do not use this company. Even though its the most affordable, that’s the reason why.
