The workers were very polite and worked hard. They stayed until the job was complete.

There was a problem in that they didn’t show up in the morning as planned. There was a apparent accident and they didn’t show up. Hours later I called to check, they were very apologetic and took care of the situation. They sent a crew as soon as possible. They showed up, quickly and professionally emptied our pod, I was amazed at the speed and work that was accomplished in the short time they were here. I highly recommend, even with the rough start.

They arrived promptly and were quick in moving my items from a storage unit to a pod. Overall things were pretty good. There were a few instances where the contents of boxes were not read (fragile items placed precariously) that I had to rearrange. We also found a hole in the middle of the pod that we had to go back and pack up the next day. I think it just got overlooked.

what started out rocky because our Pensky truck was delayed 5 hrs and put our helpers a day behind eventually turned out great. All my worrying was put to rest when Jason and David showed up. I couldn't have wished for a better crew. They arrived on time' introduced them selves and got right down to business. They knew exactly what to do and where to put things in the truck. they made sure there wasn't any wasted space in the truck. every nook and cranny had something in it. I originally thought I would need two 26 ft trucks but now I don't. I have never seen a truck loaded as efficiently and neat as they did. It was great. All the furniture had a blanket and was shrink wrapped. I still can't get over how good they were. I thank Elite Staffing for sending them. I recommend them and would use them again any time. You can bank on it!
