Once again Elite Staffing came through and saved the day to get my rental truck loaded and on the road at the time I needed. This is the second time I used them in two weeks and they preformed great both times. Thanks to the staff at Elite and especially to Jason, David and Shawn. You can't go wrong with any of them!

Joseph Rodriquez, Director of Operations is as SHADY as they come!
No they were not on time and we specified 2 workers for 2 hours and one worker showed at 9:20am rather than 9:00am and the second worker never showed and I had to call and request one to come because our hard worker /one worker could not carry all the heavy stuff himself and to top it off his supervisor Joseph texted him telling him he needs to do himself because they were too busy to send another worker out...(our contract stated two workers for two hours) and hour and half later someone shows and he doesn't present himself has the owner and ends up being very shady with me after my husband leaves to get a trailer because they can't fit everything in the container. The container wasn't packed correctly due to having one person (mostly boxes). My husband had to help the 1st worker on about 3 big pieces of furniture as well.
I provided 20+ blankets and probably had 10 left over so Joseph was not respectful of our goods when packing and I saw it first hand when I looked at container... EX. one of my antique side tables did not have a blanket around it and along with one of our couches and I saw two of the legs from the side table digging into the couch with no blanket in-between those pieces as well. Oh and Joseph had a free standing glass lamp standing up where the doors open and close with no blanket wrapped around it nor laying down on its side...(just standing there) I said for that to be taken off and that we would be moving that on our own along with EVERYTHING else that wasn't packed. None of our beds/mattresses were on that container as well...We just couldn't believe how poorly that container was packed and will be taking pictures of unit when unloaded. We had to pay $275.04 and was going to charge us $75 for each additional hour even though our second mover didn't show for an hour and half of the 2 hours...Finally had to talk to someone and we got 30 min so called free...
We have had bad movers in the past but this one takes the CAKE! WOW! RUN when you hear Elite Staffing!
HIRE A HELPER, We hope you contract with a different business because Joseph from Elite Staffing didn't speak highly of you nor Pack Rat and PODS containers... Joseph is very unprofessional and treats his employees awful!
We know a lot of people here in Arizona and will make sure we get the word out of our horrible experience, the way we were treated is unacceptable and our goal is to make sure this doesn't happen to others...

The guys ( both Michael) showed up early. They arrived ready to work , it was a hot day and they still worked hard to get the job done. They did everything that was asked of them. They were really cool guys, provided great customer service. I would use them again if needed.

I recently moved from Arizona to NJ and used Hire a Helper to to load my shipping Pod. The guys showed up on time and they were courteous and professional. It was 106 that day and we lived on the second floor. I felt so bad for them that I started carrying some boxes myself and the supervisor took the box from me and said that's why you hired us. They worked extremely hard and were very respectful of my property. I would definitely us them again!

Overall, they did a good job and finished an hour early. They asked questions when removing household goods from the storage unit. Unfortunately they did not show up with furniture blankets or tiedown straps as indicated on the website. Several furniture pieces were not protected in the truck and the finish was rubbed off from adjacent pieces during the drive. I was moving into a new home, and unfortunately some minor damage occurred to a door and molding. It could have been prevented by going through the wider door and slowing down their pace a bit. I'd use them again, though would be more specific on expectations.

The crew was extremely friendly and worked very hard! They never complained with the crazy heat and were willing to stay past our designated time with great attitudes! My only concern was that our refrigerator was slightly damaged in the process due to what appeared to be lack of experience on how to handle it. Great bunch of men and would recommend them if you are needing some muscle strength for your move.

They said that they would send me their 2 best guy's, and they did. These guy's really knew what they were doing. They were on time, had the equipment to do the job. Those guy's worked so hard, I had to tell them to take a break. It was 114 outside that day. They were vary careful of all our stuff and really knew how to load the storage container. We didn't think it would all go in, but they got it all in with room to spare. There were no hidden costs and we would use them again. THANK YOU !!
