We take the extra move your belongings by ensuring all items are padded in the truck as will as preparing your house for the move by putting down runners, covering banisters with pads, and prepping the door for moving items.
Being punctual is a priority for us. We strive to be on time and prepared for the move. If we are running late because of traffic or some other reason, we notify our customers via phone.
Empty refrigerators and freezers. Inform the movers of any boxes or furniture which require extra special care when moved. Inform the movers of any essential items which need to be loaded at the back of the truck so that they will be the first items off at the unload. Be accessible to answer any questions the movers may have; the less time they spend looking for you, the more money you will save. While loading, be prepared to answer questions concerning items to be moved versus items that will staying.
