The men were courteous and very respectful and helpful could not ask for any better, I have their names and will ask for them when they drop my pod off when my home is livable again. They were on time. They were more then prepared to do the job. They worked extremely hard!! Very respectful of my property and goods. I rate them and this company a (5). On time and were OK with some last minute changes. Very courteous and helpful with unloading and setups of some balky furniture. their price was good. Would definitely use them again.

The 3 men were on time, worked hard, were very careful with our possessions...Yes, I would hire them again. BUT....we asked for a 3 man crew because we had a POD that needed to be emptied. We were advised to hire them for 3 hours.,,,and we we took the advice. They finished the job in 2 hours....BUT...we DID NOT get a credit for the unused hour because Family Movers does not give credit for unused time. THAT IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNFAIR, and might cause me to not recommend them or use them again. I want that kind of job....get paid for work I did NOT do!

Have boxes packed, the furniture cleared off.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
