The two fellows did load my truck fairly quickly, but I would not recommend them. The only call I received prior to the move was from Hire-a-Helper to tell me they were waiting at the jobsite and unable to reach me. I apologized for the delay, yet one of the two fellows maintained a sullen attitude. My move was exceptionally easy - load contents from a storage unit onto a rental truck. The truck was larger than necessary, so they used one ratchet strap (of four) that I provided. One. When I arrived at my destination 600 miles later, the strap was no longer fastened and the table through which they had placed the strap was broken into pieces. So I paid for two hours of labor, they completed the load in less than an hour, and not everything arrived safely. Most items did, and I give them credit for that, but the attitude was the main turnoff.

I can’t say enough good things about this moving company! On time, worked hard and moved all the furniture I needed down stairs to the moving truck. Everything was packed perfectly in the truck and nothing was scratched or broken. I would hire them again if I need to move again in the future. :)
