Im not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones but after scheduling the mover talking to them on the phone and giving all the details of the move to have a no show was inexcusable. After having to deal with the logistics of a cube being dropped/working to get cones put in place for the movers and calling twice just to confirm ruined my day on an already stressful day pf moving cross country. I received a calll maybe 2 hours after the end of the window and the excuse was “sorry, I had my phone turned off” was icing on the cake. Higher A Helper took no responsibility, have poor customer service skills, and apparently dont even know who they are contracting out to.
