Two people were scheduled to show up, but initially only one showed up on time. A few minutes later another person showed up and introduced herself as the supervisor who would be monitoring the loading process to ensure all went well. when it became obvious that the second worker was a no show, the supervisor jumped in and became the second worker. I had no issue with this because I contracted for two workers. The issue was that she did not appear to have the strength to help carry large items and relied on the dolly more than I would have expected. This caused scuff marks on the walls and damage to our steps. Additionally, they dropped a bed frame and damaged our wood floor. They did not even acknowledge the damage until I pointed it out. Shameful. would not recommend and would not use them again.
