Damaged our furniture as well as out new house. Worked very slow and didn't even complete the move with 2 additional hours!!! These men showed up for a 10 hour job with nothing to eat or drink in 100 degree weather! We had to provide lunch, 2 cases of water, and a case of Mountain Dew!!

I expected the movers from Axcess "Professional" Movers to be actual, professional movers. What I got were very nice, hard-working guys with little to no professional moving experience.
I expected real professionals and not temp workers that got paid pennies on the dollar for what I paid. Axcess did not provide their workers with safety equipment or supply them with cold water since they were working in 100 degree heat. I worked right along side them, and I had to keep going to get water for them to make sure they didn't get heat stroke.
When their allotted time was finished, they had to stay at my place for an additional 1.5 hours while waiting for the Axcess representative to come pick them up.
I would not recommend them until they change how they treat their employees.

Didn't arrive on time.
Broke my double dresser in half and I make claim on the same day which was on 5/31/15 until now I haven't heard any response from either axcess professional or the company who refer from.
Damaged my new home walls, doors and new paints.
I hope someone can at least follow up on this.

The guys arrived 10 minutes early with supplies in hand. Took the time to wrap the big pieces and used rope to secure my items in the POD.

Our originally scheduled unloading help did not show up (big problem) so we contacted Hire a Helper and they set us up with Axcess Professional Movers. These guys did an awesome job and really saved us in a pinch! We are very grateful for their hard work and for taking the job last minute!

Axcess provide two amazing guys to do our moving. Both Michael and John were excellant. Fast, efficient, courteous, and just all around nice people. Would use them again without question. Highly recommend! If I were you, I'd request those 2 guys, but even if they are not available, I'm sure Axcess provides top notch in general.

The workers were very nice, prompt and worked hard. However, even though I had a stack of furniture blankets beside the PODS that they were loading, they stacked furniture on top of each other in the PODS without wrapping them in the blankets. I had to struggle to wrap the furniture in the blankets after the furniture was already loaded.
They were however careful in moving the furniture out of the house.
Not likely to use again.
