The 3 workers from Axcess Professional Movers arrived early were very professional and hard working they completed the move on time. When the first Rep called I requested they bring basic tools to put together a bed set if there was time, but not sure that was passed onto the workers. I would utilize there services again and recommend them to others.

The 2 men that came were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked extremely hard to load our belongings in the moving trailer.

The men were very hard workers, didn't take long breaks and did what they were hired to do. They did damage some items out of sheer carelessness- they left some dings and scuffs on the walls and didn't always set the boxes upright or in the correct rooms. One took a dresser out of the truck alone on the dolly, which resulted in dropping it at the end of the ramp and damaging one corner. They didn't seem to work together very well or ask for help for large, bulky or heavy items, which would have avoided the damage to our things.
