The two guys that are brothers were excellent, they know how to pack a PODS container. The Lead man and other guy didn't have a clue. I would hire again and the two brothers should get a raise! All were on time except for Lead Man.

The load time was scheduled for 10 AM but the "helpers" had been given an 11 AM start time. The movers were apologetic, polite, and professional. The owner brought an additional "helper", at no cost to us, as they had another job to fill on the heels of ours. The guys got right to work and went strong until the last 45 minutes of the 3 hour job. It was the hottest day of the year which would slow anyone down. I was disappointed that they did not wrap my furniture as I had requested several times. We've unloaded on the other end now and have noticed only a couple of minor scratches. All in all they did a decent job. It wasn't stellar, but I would use Axcess again.

The two guys from Axcess Movers were very nice. However, that was about it. They arrived late. Didn't bring tools to assemble new furniture or dollies to move the heavy furniture. I had spoken to the Axcess and Hire a Helper at least three times and requested that the movers were needed to assemble new furniture and bring furniture dollies to move a very heavy couch. This request was even printed on the final invoice. The workers were not properly trained. They never covered any furniture while moving. My leather sofa was lodged in a door way for over 40 minutes, which I was being billed for the time. When the sofa was finally through the door way, the workers dragged it down the hallway on a concrete floor. The sofa was damaged horribly. After two hours, no furniture was assembled and the new furniture was still in the boxes. I ask the mowers to leave and I would assemble the furniture myself. With the incompetence, I didn't want to risk my new furniture getting damaged. Oh, by the way, we only had two very small rooms of furniture (living room and bedroom, no appliances)
I do not recommend this company...... Communication was great until after the move. Now nobody will talk to me now to help rectify the situation..........
Also, I sent the customer service rep (Grace) photos of the damage and a picture of the sofa stuck in the doorway. She said she would call me after receiving photos. I did not receive a call back from her. I tried calling her and It went straight to her voice mail. The only response I received from her was a text that I needed to go to hire a helper website and file a claim.

They were not on time, but they called me to let me know when they would be here. They profusely apologized to me and even told me why they were delayed. As soon as they arrived they went right to work, never stopped until the jobs were done. I would use this company again!!!
