They were on time and worked hard. They were polite and nice and worked very fast. However there were a few things that went wrong. The worst was the damage to the walls going up the stairs, it was a tight squeeze I know but now I have some dents and gouges and paint scraped off the walls and it is a rental so I will probably have to pay for the damage. They left the hand truck and the furniture pads in the house, rather than putting them back on the truck. They didn't screw on a heavy mirror on my dresser, just propped it up against a wall, and it fell down and scraped the wall paint.

This company was wonderful to work with! The guys showed up early, worked hard, and handled our items with care. They also worked very quickly and were very polite. They were also very patient with us, even though we had to wait for over an hour for a locksmith to unlock our PODS unit. The CEO of the company even called me to thank me for giving them business. Highly recommend!.

This company acted like they'd never packed a truck before. On top of that they were complaining the entire time about the amount of stuff we had to move...THAT'S THEIR JOB! When our things arrived at our new house we saw that they had used out furniture as stepping stools and many pieces were scratched. In the end they tried to over charge us for supplies used. Never again.

They guys that arrived were nice, however, they did not do the best job with loading our items. Some heavier boxes were placed on top of light boxes and many were crushed upon arrival. Some of my glass items were broken. The job was fine otherwise, I say this because I realize you get what you pay for. Had we spent a 2-3 hundred dollars more, we would have gotten better movers.

Two guys showed up on time and loaded the truck in a good time! They were very respectful to our stuff! They also helped to unload at the final destination. I will definatly recommend them!!!
