A courtesy call prior to their moving date, a brief intro to their assigned moving crew & a professional moving with each member having multiple years of experience.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Crews that will arrive on time & ready to work. They will perform a walk through with the client to confirm all requested services and share our game plan to efficiently complete the task at hand.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All misc. items should be boxed & labeled, all valuables/breakables should be removed from all drawers and/or furniture items, be clear on which items are be moved and where to know where you may want the furniture setup.
What types of moves have you handled?
Packing services. Local, long distance, office moves, commercial, residential, piano moves, labor only services, warehouse moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Helping our clients navigate unfamiliar territory. Relieving the stresses of moving that our clients usually face & having a perfect move (meaning-no casualties/damages, job completed in a timely manner & the client feeling like they made the 'Best decision' by hiring us)
