First time using movers so not sure what to expect.
One gentleman that made my phone call was barely decipherable. Mumbles and speaks quickly. In person he was a bit easier to understand although the same issue occurred. When he stopped to have a conversation with you he was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Both gentlemen did smell of Marijuana as was mentioned in a previous post. Luckily it did not linger long in the apartment. As someone with an insensitivity to all kinds of smoke residue it is not something I would have preferred in my staff.
Otherwise, job well done. They asked where things needed to go, brought up everything I had and even helped rearrange as needed.

Starting with the good- both guys were polite and came within the window of time when they said they would. Now the not so good- both smelled like weed, which I’m not against, but I feel like there should be a level of professionalism when going to a job site. Neither had any belts or tools to help with loading /unloading- all prior companies that I hired would at least bring belts that help carry heavy furniture. I notified them when I booked that I would have heavy objects. The guys had trouble lifting heavy objects and moved very slowly, my family and I started moving furniture outside when we saw how slow they were going in hopes of speeding up the process. When we moved the same furniture last year the company we hired finished the job in half the time. The actual loading of the truck was poor as well, they didn’t utilize the top space in the back, and put a heavy box on top of a glass table. Overall bad experience.
