The two helpers failed to show up on time. About an hour later Ray-Mac contacted me very apologetic stating the helpers had quit and they would immediately send five helpers. They arrived, the job was done professionally and it took less time than if the original two helpers had shown up. I was even offered a discount. Kudos to those five guys. Customer service at it's best.
