They were right on time and they brought their own hand carts. I was on the second floor and it really nice not to have to move all that heavy furniture down the steps! I would definitely recommend them!

Overall, we had a good experience with these guys. To start with a couple of negatives, they showed up about 20 minutes late, and they did not bring dollies with them, even though we chose them because they said they would bring dollies. (Thankfully we had one for them to use.) That said, once they were here, they worked quickly, they were careful with our stuff, they were responsive to our requests, and they were friendly and courteous. No frills moving labor help for getting an unloading job done quickly.
