Our movers were on time and ready to go! We had our own truck and they basically did the rest. They took great care of our furniture and ensured none of our walls/floors were damaged. Very good job. However if you want an extra hour just pay for it up front. The workers tend to not want to stay if you say an extra hour may be needed. They were more interested in getting onto the next job than staying to make sure everything was where I wanted it even though I wasn’t concerned about paying for another hour.
