The pair of guys arrived on time and were respectful of all our property. They worked hard and they allowed my wife and I to get smaller objects from our 16’ POD and moving truck so we cleared both in two hours. I have already raved about the process through PODs that takes the guesswork out of it and ensure you get someone who’s been vetted and bonded. I would definitely use them again.

Maestro & Camilo2 showed up on time to move and load all our belongings into the PODS. They did a great job. Very professional. We booked them for 2 hrs, but they were able to finish the job half an hour earlier. I appreciate the communication and reminders that were sent out prior the service date. It was one task that I didn’t have to worry about. I recommend hiring them for your moving needs.

The helpers worked very hard once they arrived. Unfortunately, they arrived more than 1 1/2 hours past the limit of their one hour arrival window. As a result, it was necessary for me to pay an extra days rental on the U Haul truck that I was using. Additionally, I had to miss lunch and sat in my U Haul van in 90 degree plus temperatures, as I did not know when they would ultimately arrive. They did take good care of my household goods and were quite efficient in their placement of the goods in the storage.

I booked 2 hours at the suggestion of the website and understood that should I need additional hours I could ask to continue based on the hours needed and as your e-mail stated ‘ should we need additional hours request it now ‘ , which we i did. The manager , whom I had to call despite the crew member asking him to call me , told
me he could only give us one hour additional as they were booked for another job . The manager promised to follow up and get additional help which he did not . No call and no follow up. I had to find my own resources to support and complete the job . Unacceptable
