The three movers themselves did a pretty good job overall. They worked hard, moved the items carefully, and the moving process went fairly smoothly.
However, I had issues with the team manager/boss. At the beginning, I clearly mentioned that I had some garden soil to move and he initially said it was fine. But when we were about to start moving, he suddenly said they could not move it. In addition, when I tried calling him several times to discuss possible alternatives, he did not answer the phone even though he was clearly communicating with the moving team at the time. Better communication and clarification upfront would have helped avoid confusion.

We do need to address the misunderstanding regarding the garden soil. We agreed to move the soil based on the initial information provided that it was in factory sealed bags. Because the soil was actually loose upon our arrival, we were unable to move it, as handling loose soil is a violation of policy. Our team spoke with you on the phone several times that day to explain this exact policy and the reason for the change in plans. We apologize for any frustration this caused, but we must stick to our operational guidelines.

Ryan and his crew are amazing. This is the third time I have used them in the last six months. As advertised, they are FAST, but they also are very careful with your belongings. Heavy stuff? No problem, and your breakables are in good hands. Always punctual and they bring their own equipment to make the process as smooth as possible. Personable and professional, they will get the job done to your satisfaction, quickly. Excellent communication, and their rates are very reasonable too. I highly recommend Fast Movers, and I will absolutely call on them again when I have more stuff to move later in the year.

I had an excellent experience with this moving team. Three men handled the entire move and carried all of our belongings up to a third-floor walk-up with incredible professionalism and efficiency. They were punctual, respectful, and worked nonstop while being careful with our furniture and boxes. Nothing was damaged, and they maintained a positive attitude the entire time. Moving is never easy, but they truly made it stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services again without hesitation.
