1) Yes - They were on time.
2) No - they were not prepared. I had called to request furniture pads be included in my order. They were confirmed with the company. Yet, when the people got there, they did not have the pads and looked genuinely confused. In addition, even though I supplied an inventory online through the platform, the people moving the furniture had no idea what was going to be packed that day.
3) Yes - they worked had. It was a hot day and they were able to find creative ways to get everything into the pod. However, the pace of movement was generally slow.
4) Generally Yes - They were respectful. They carried the furniture very nicely. However, there were a couple of pieces that were taped directly to the wood that left the imprint of the sticker on the white wood. There were some scratches that were made to chairs as they were loading furniture onto the POD. Overall they were respectful, but there were a few instances of that not being the case that was discovered when we unpacked the furniture.
5) I am not sure if I will use them again. The time it took to disassemble the furniture was that of an amateur, not a professional. It took almost an hour to disassemble the bed frame. They did a good job of maximizing the space in the POD. They were very courteous people. If I needed just packing and moving, that would be ideal.

These guys were so respectful and efficient. We had a ton of stuff to fit into one POD. They made sure every ounce of space was used, our stuff was safe and wrapped sufficiently, and got the job done super quickly.

Don and John called about 30 minutes before arriving and arrived at the front end of the window. They got to work quickly, took care with out items and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Both workers that showed up were friendly, hard working and careful with our belongings. We had a PODS container and they were excellent in fully loading it, carefully picking out ideal spots to put large items and showing us where we could fill in smaller items.

I had two movers who were loading approximately 40 tubs and misc household items into a small POD. They were on time, very polite, extremely fast and efficient. My POD was loaded expertly and I think everything will stay put for the move. I ended up needing far less time than I booked because of how fast they worked (though I paid for three hours I ended up only needing them for 90 minutes which means I lost a fair bit of money because there are no refunds which that was told to me up front so make sure you think about how much time you really need movers). They also moved large items to the trash for me. Only note, I felt the one mover was not very gentle with items that I hadn't explicitly as fragile so I would suggest you mark everything as fragile. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving into a POD or needing movers to move into a truck.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
