My helpers were late by an hour with no call. The lady I talked to with their company was rude when I called to see when they were going to arrive. The helpers were nice enough but have obvious no experience moving. They slid everything on the truck which left marks on all my furniture. The two hours they were there, they took a 15min break. They were nice boys but I would never hire them again. I chose them because of the great price. I have learned you get what you pay for. Trust me and spend a little more for great helpers. It is worth it if you have anything of value.

I will never use them again. They arrived late. One guy had no idea what he was doing. Refused unless I paid extra to put two screws in the back of a china hutch. Said it was extra if they placed the top on the hutch. I had to move the hutch from the middle of the floor to the wall. Might be different if I had a lot of furniture. Had a china hutch, gunn cabinet, night stand and 2 light bookshelves plus some boxes. When paying by the hour movers do what you need. Other companies used in the past were wonderful. The gentleman spent a lot of time telling about other things they did. I don't care what they do I will never allow them on my property again.

The movers from this company were on time and nice. They unfortunately did not seem to know what they were doing. I requested two movers for two hours to basically move my big items into the POD. One mover spent the first 30 minutes off and on the phone giving directions for a third mover.... which I did not request. Once he got there he wandered around quite a bit. I asked them to tie things down and to make sure they put the drawers from my dresser back in to save room, neither of which they did. I asked several times. A hour in to the moving we had a small down pour and they asked if they could run to the gas station to grab a drink. I agreed since we were at a stand still for the moment anyway. I have a circle K right next to my complex should have taken 10 mins tops. They were gone for 25-30 mins and came back smelling like marijuana.From this point on they just threw my stuff in the POD. At two hours they left and I went down to check on the POD and was completely disappointed as to how they packed my things. Nothing was tied down, heavy stuff on light stuff, my TV WAS between pillows but was facing flat down on the bottom of a pile that they just continued to throw stuff on to. My TV stand was put on top of my leather ottoman with an 80lb desk on top. For sure to tear a hole after the move. So I contacted the company and sent her pictures of what happened she was extremely apologetic and offered to send me other movers to help. I asked her to make sure none of the same men came back. She assured that this was beginning taken care of and that the same guys would not show up. When the new guys showed up one of them was the third guy that came earlier. He began to question me about what was the problem and gave me excuses. He made me uncomfortable and I just told them that I would take care of it and I no longer needed his help. My friend and I ended up unloading and reloading it. The owner was very nice and I do feel that she was extremely upset about this whole situation. I hope that she is able to find men that will show better pride in their work and not run her company down.

I had a bit of trouble contacting the movers with the provided phone number during the confirmation stage. Sometime it went to some generic voicemail and other time it was out of service or kept ringing. However someone called back and left a voicemail for me to call back so at least I knew it was legit. Unfortunately, it was on the day of the move when we finally got in touch and the guys showed up. They were a bit late after getting lost. However once past all that scheduling issues, they did an excellent job of unloading a 24ft truck full of furniture and household goods in boxes. The movers took great care to avoid banging the larger pieces. Sometime they felt it was better carried by hand vs using the furniture dolly which may rough up the piece going from the truck into the house. Overall a very positive experience with the move itself aside from the scheduling confirmation issues.

Pedro and Damien arrived when they said they would. They were polite, capable and cheerful. They were respectful of my things and worked very hard. I would definitely use them again.

Maurice and James did an unbelievable job I'm never thing 2 guys work so hard in my life. they had such a great system working together and even when I told them to take a break they would not. they showed total respect for my furniture and for me I've had other people move me before but know when compared to these two. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.
