What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with Maison Moving, you will receive an email confirmation, a call 1 day prior to the move date and a staff available to answer your questions 7 days a week.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the movers will arrive uniformed with a clean marked truck and all the moving equipment needed for your move. They step in the door and set up run floor runners and begin work. All major furniture is protected by blankets and tape prior to moving. We will also provide wardrobe boxes free to use during the move. Items will be loaded into the truck and secured safely with moving straps. At the new location we will places boxes where they are needed, set up any beds and position furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Unless you are hiring a full packing service from Maison Moving, you should be fully boxed, packed and ready to be moved to ensure a good moving experience. You want the movers grabbing furniture or stacks of boxes. If you run out of steam and wish to add a packing service, feel free to give us a call.
What types of moves have you handled?
Maison Moving handles local moving of homes, apartments and office relocation. Maison Moving does weekly runs to the Bay Area, Sacramento area and covers anywhere in California. Maison Moving is also an Agent of National Van Lines and performs weekly moves to Arizona, Las Vegas and can relocate you anywhere in the United States. Maison Moving can also assist with International Moving.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Maison Moving has a training process which involves video training, hands on training by our full time trainer and by our operations team. Movers are incentivized by customer satisfaction and being well reviewed.
