Matt and Daniel were great! They arrived 15 mins early, they were friendly and professional and they worked very hard all morning. The truck was stacked so carefully and beautifully, nothing was damaged during the move, they really took great care of my things. I have used A.R.M.S before and both experiences were wonderful, this experience was even better than the first! I would absolutely recommend A.R.M.S Moving Service again and most likely will call them again for future moves. They are the best!

We had four movers help us unpack our POD and they were prompt and very friendly. They were prepared and worked together to get all of our belongings in the correct rooms and put together correctly! They were very respectful of our property and I would absolutely use them again! Highly recommend.

Clint spent more time telling stories and talking than he spent working. When we unloaded the truck we found empty beer bottles stuffed in our belongings. We don’t drink that brand of beer and did not put the bottles in our belongings. There were items stuffed in the top of the load almost as if booby trapped to fall on those that unloaded the truck. I observed Clint punching a box trying to force it into a hole. He pinched a hole in the box and was laughing until he saw me watching him. As a veteran, I chose ARMS to support a veteran owned company. I would not use them again.

These guys were awesome. They were efficient, and quick. They disassembled furniture for us, and packed PODS in a way we never could. They were very respectful and careful with our things.
