This was my second time working with A.R.M.S. The first time they were really great, but this time it was a different crew and they were not as good. They did show up within the scheduled window and worked hard. However, I think they could have been more careful with my belongings. Several pieces of furniture got scratched up and some glassware was broken from boxes being thrown around (and they were clearly labeled glass). Overall the losses are not huge, as my furniture already had some wear on it, but there was no need to add more dings to them. I think the crew could have been more gentle with the items. The contact person who sent the crew was very nice and polite on the phone. I wouldn't mind hiring them again, but would make sure to discuss the crew that is being assigned to you before they show up.

They were a very big help. They were quick and efficient and helped me load my POD well. I also had already packed my tools and they went and grabbed their own to take a part my bed frame. I would definitely recommend them.

These two guys were on time and made suggestions I had not though of for packing. They packed 2 - 16' containers so fast and so efficiently that I didn't need to extend my hours. Awesome job! They need a raise!

ARMS WAS A COMPLETE JOKE. They were not hard working , they were not prepared for the job , they did not respect my items . Arms moving from the HOOSICK FALLS , NY area are : unmotivated, unprofessional, slow , lazy , care less . To add they damaged my property inside my home and lost my hardware to put my beds back together! Need to be ashamed ! They refused to give me my money back also ! God doesn’t like ugly .
