The crew of John, Dan, Dan, and Sha was really great. The guys were on-time, very polite and seemed to really care about our stuff not getting damaged. The guy in the truck doing the packing (I think that was John) definitely knew what he was doing and I was happy with the way the truck was packed. My only (minor) criticisms would be that it was pretty evident after about 3.5 hours that they were starting to slow down (especially the young guy!) and I wound up paying for an extra hour. The other thing was that I had several rolls of tape and stretch film and I would have liked to see them use it to protect the furniture. Overall I was very happy with this crew and the service they provided. I would recommend this company.

They showed up on time and were very polite. Fortunately they had some furniture pads as at the last minute my source didn’t provide them. I was surprised that they had no tools, but I had enough. One of the workers was especially hard-working. Not everything fit on my truck causing them to put some items in my car. Unfortunately I had fragile things already in my car and the glass shade to an antique lamp was shattered when something was added. Also they didn’t assemble a 2nd bed, fortunately they realized they left with the bolts for that bed and returned them to my door. Other than that the work was good on a humid day. Only one dented wall on a tight curve. Finally, I was surprised how little they get paid based on my bill. It’s hard work that they do and they should be paid more. I expect the work would be a little higher quality if so.

A.R.M.S Moving was professional and courteous on our moving day. They got to our apartment a little earlier than expected so that was nice. They hit the ground running and completed the job within the time frame and it was not necessary to bill us for extra hours. They worked very hard! This is our second time using them and we were not disappointed either time. Thank you!
