Chad was amazing. He was responsive, called me 30 minutes before his arrival (which was on time) and was ready to work! We had him unload our moving truck into a storage unit. I was worried it wasn't going to all fit but after some careful planning and arranging he made it work. He was careful with all of our things (and I mean all). I had some requests about how the unit was arranged so I could easily get to things if needed and he had no problem with that. He completed the job within the timeframe and was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time. I will 100% use Chad and Real Deal Moving for any and all future moves.
