This the second time I used Step by Step Logistics. The first time was when I sold my house and needed to load two pods for storage…excellent job getting everything to fit. This time we are moving from our temporary Apartment to our forever home in Florida and we need to fit everything in the uhaul to take down with us. What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
