Alex with Step by Step is fantastic! He called that morning to make sure my POD had arrived for unloading, and offered to come early, which was great for us. He and his staff worked very hard for two hours straight in very hot weather with going up and down two sets of stairs; they completed the job just shy of 2 hours which meant we weren't charged for any extra time past the 2 hours we booked the movers for. Great people who were careful with our items. Would definitely use them again!

Alex and his crew were absolutely amazing!!! He came in and saw how stressed we were, and immediately calmed us down and told us he was here to relieve our stress. He and his crew were courteous, kind, helpful, patient, and understanding. They directed us as to what they needed us to separate for them to make the process run more smoothly and then got to it. His crew is fast, hardworking, and you can tell they are pros at this. And on top of everything, they are super sweet.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
