The team did an excellent job. The lead (Alex) called about an hour before the scheduled time to inform me of their ETA, arrived on time, and determined the best approach to pack the POD I rented including how to place a 7 feet hight floor clock with glass panels on 3 sides to prevent any damage. I unloaded the POD 6 weeks after moving 250 miles and being in stored. Contents of the POD didn't shift and the clock was not damaged. I'm very pleased.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.

How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
