Utopia movers were excellent. I booked them only 24 hours in advance to move 5-10 very large and heavy boxes, 5-10 pieces of large/heavy furniture, and two mattresses around my home. They arrived on-time and worked super efficiently. I had originally planned to have the furniture disassembled to the point that it fit through doors to make it easier/simpler for them-- but they took care of that too! They were even prepared with tools (even though I didn't request it). They clearly knew what they were doing and did it well. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome job from initial contact to final drop off. They were great about checking in after scheduling the move, plus follow-up calls and emails, including telling us they were on the way the morning of the move. Jones, Chris and Tim were on time and immediately started cranking. They were professional, courteous and worked diligently to take care of our possessions. They clearly knew how to move furniture and household contents. We were especially impressed with how well they worked as a team and were respectful, courteous and helpful to each other. Moving is tough and stressful work. The fact they were able to do so in such a friend-centric, yet highly professional, fashion was great to watch in action and made a jam packed day far more enjoyable and less stressful for us as well. They all continually worked to met our requests and support the challenging task of moving all our household contents into three separate storage units. When we move back in, you'll be getting our business again. Thank you Jones, Chris and Tim. Bravo guys!

They were super helpful and did a great job moving all the big items to my truck in the time allotted. However, I paid for 3 movers, 2 showed up and I was never notified so that I could make other accommodations. I had a 26' truck, and although they did well securing all my furniture, it was not packed as tight as it could have been. I was able to fill in LOTS of gaps, with 2 bedroom-ful worth of boxes without taking any extra space from what they had left. They had severely underestimated the amount of stuff I had (so they didn't plan to have enough room for the rest of my things) , and I had to spend several extra hours reorganizing the smaller items and shifting them deeper into the truck. I eventually was able to cram everything in and haul everything cross country without any breakage, but they definitely helped get all my large items without damaging anything.

I have to be honest when we arrived to do our routine walk through it looked as though you weren't moving because things were Everywhere. We moved everything ready that you wanted moving and you mentioned you were glad you only had to pay for 2 guys because the other guy on his way wasn't needed. You are entitled to your own opinion but not your own Facts.
