Great job. I was expecting two male adults, and although one of them was a little younger, they got the job done and handled all heavy furniture and items. They worked with me as I had to change my request for their services from a Friday afternoon to a Saturday afternoon with only 2 days notice. Very polite and hard-working on a pretty warm summer day. No damage to any walls, floors, furniture, etc.

They showed up a full hour after the end of the arrival window I requested, and claimed there was a miscommunication and they only served my area at the later time. In reality there was almost no communication beforehand; they confirmed the appointment with a 1 sentence email saying they would call soon. They never did, so I called and left a voicemail that was never returned. Finally, I emailed to ask a question and got another 1 sentence response. However, once the workers arrived they worked hard while treating our fragile items carefully. Just a minimal amount of communication ahead of time would have resulted in 5 stars.

Jones, Calvin, and Brandon did a wonderful job for us. They were very personable and got the job done. All of my daughters' furniture was packed and unpacked without a single mark on it. We could not have been more pleased. I do recommend that if you don't have shipping blankets that you have Jones bring them. They certainly protected delicate things, like the TV. With my daughters' recent moves from different cities to Charlottesville, I have come to realize that packing a truck/trailer is a work of art. Like a puzzle, it all has to fit just right. Utopia Movers did just that. I would highly recommend Utopia Movers.
