My moving containers were smaller than I thought. There were concerns not everything would fit. Utopia Movers got everything to fit! They took their time putting everything in like a puzzle piece. They also brought some rope or something to hold the pieces back from the doors. They worked hard and were respectful of my things. I helped take some things out and they acknowledged it and were appreciative at the end. They were on time. I would hire them again if I lived in town. The job took a little less than 2 hours for a small one bedroom condo.

After I booked them I received an email saying they would call me to confirm; they never did, so I called them a couple days later. The person I spoke to said they would give me a courtesy call the day of to let me know they were on the way; they didn't, so I called them at the start of their 1 hour time window and they let me know they would arrive more towards the end of the 1 hour time window. They arrived around 40 minutes after the time window had closed. By then, as I had a limited time using the loading dock I had reserved, I had done most of the work myself. They helped me finish it. One of the guys worked quickly and was friendly, but the other moved like pond water. I would probably not use them again.

the Client they ran into a very bad incident on the highway which would delay arrival. Upon
arrival Utopia movers removed well over half the truck in hastily
fashion and even stayed once truck was empty to help the Client set up his 70' LCD and also solved a problem with putting his own TV stand back together but all this information was lost in the initial reply. Utopia movers is Human and we

Utopia Movers did an absolute wonderful job on helping me to unload a POD. John and his crew were careful with my furniture, the floor and the walls. They wouldn't let me help except to tell them where to place the boxes or sofa. They worked very hard getting all my stuff unloaded in such a short time. These guys were GREAT!! On-time, didn't waste any time, even figured out a way to protect the glass in the front of the hutch they were moving. Brought a roll of plastic "shrinkwrap" to wrap up the pads around the furniture to protect the wood even better. I was thoroughly impressed and will DEFINITELY hire them again when I need more help moving furniture.

The movers were disrespectful of the apartment and of the property. They left a gash in our wall from moving furniture and didn't tell us about it. They threw their trash all over the parking lot, so we had to clean it up.
