They were very helpful when they came and brought all necessary equipment to keep my items strapped in and to disassemble. We went about 30 mins over and I was notified after the fact that we were over time. I would have liked to know beforehand. I didn’t realize that hireahelper will automatically pro-rate overtime based on the extra minutes used and charge your card via link sent as a text. Once labor was done, the movers called the helpdesk and I was charged for the full hour without knowing this could be pro-rated to accurately reflect time used. I feel taken advantage of to find this out after the fact. I can understand if it’s their individual policy, but that should’ve been discussed up-front and put in paperwork.
