Brian and Mario were awesome. They arrived on time and worked hard. We actually had to have them out the next day as the 1st POD didn't hold all of our things. Again, they arrived on time and worked very efficiently. It looked like everyhting was nice and snug. We will see in a few months. Brian and Mario will be called to help us with the unload. I will sumit another review then. I'm sure everything will be great.

I used Busy Bees to move a very full two car garage worth of boxes and furniture. They were on time and had filled a large storage pod in two hours. They were professional, cheerful, and courteous. They took pride in their work, something rare these days. I would recommend them without qualification.

Last minute plans required me to use Hire a Helper and hoping I could get some help that same morning. Brian from Busy Bees called me soon after I placed my order and said that Maurice and Chris could be there at 10am. Chris and Maurice were wonderful. They work very well together and treated our items as if they were their own. I highly recommend Chris and Maurice and when you choose Busy Bees, I hope you get these guys! Movers showed up at the end of their time window which I guess is OK. They had a really strong start for the first hour, but then just hit a wall. They really slowed down and then recommended that we bring 2 more people out to get everything loaded. With the 4 guys working it was supposed to take just 1 more hour, but it took an additional 3! Overally we paid for 22 man hours (2 guys for 5 hours and 4 guys for 3 hours). The additional 2 guys showed up after 8, but we were charged for them starting at 8 and then they were "done" at 10:15, but made us pay for the full 3rd hour. It was very frustrating because I feel like they delayed because they knew we had leave that night. I felt very ripped off. Note: this was for a 3 bedroom, 1800 sq ft house loaded into 2 pod containers as a point of reference.
There were also 4 minor damage points to the house...I don't know how our stuff is as it is in storage.
