The mover was highly conscientious and flexible when my schedule changed. Dependability factor is off the charts - when his helper failed to arrive, the owner of the business moved the large furniture pieces (queen size mattress and box spring, couch and love seat) by himself. Up two flights of stairs. He will be the first call I make when I move to my next place.

If you are are thinking about hiring movers in the DFW area, Do yourself a favor and hire Busy Bee's. The guys showed up on time, we made a quick game plan and then they started working. In just a couple of hours they had done what I had figured would take us most of the day. They were just amazing! Very polite and professional,. Our stuff was loaded and packed in a very gentle and orderly fashion. I just can't say enough positive things about them. I cannot imagine receiving any better service or value from any other company.

They were on time, polite, careful, and very hard working. These guys were literally "large and in charge" and almost seemed to consider unloading a 53-foot moving van as exercise as they ran up staircases with boxes, etc. I was very impressed with how hard they worked and will recommend them whenever I can. I was very pleased with the workers that were sent. They arrived on time and were very hard working and courteous. I would used the workers again but not the company. The problem I had was the owner of the company. After notifying the company, in advance of the move, that I had a full size safe that had to be moved I was not informed of an additional charge of $150.00 to move the safe until after the workers arrived. Because this issue came up at the last minute I had no choice but to agree to the additional cost.. To make matters worse, after the work was completed I was then informed that the additional $150.00 charge had to be paid in cash, immediately. I find this very unprofessional.
