What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking customers can expect to be contacted by our office manager to confirm details of the move including: day, time, any special needs, arrival address and the day of contact if different from booking information. The office will also touch base the day before to re-confirm details
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of your move you will be contacted by your lead within an hour of arriving to confirm ETA. When the crew arrives the lead will walk through with you to go over details and inventory what items need to be moved. If you are unloading only they will walk-through to see the route from truck to new home/apartment and where to place items
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Several things to do to be the best prepared for moving day are: 1) have boxes properly packed and labeled, do not over-pack 2) mark boxes that are fragile or need special attention 3) have as much packed as possible 4) have a list of what items are not being moved, if any Please notify the office of any changes to job details prior to moving day
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves including: local, long-distance, office, expo set-ups, medical equipment, storage and home clean-outs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to help customers begin a new chapter in their lives; especially the military affiliated, veterans, elderly and medical staff in our community by returning the favor of their service to us.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members all work with an approved lead, learning the proper way to pack boxes, disassemble, assemble and wrap furniture, as well as how to pack, load and unload trucks. Staff also learn the proper way to safely use all equipment and tools. We also stress the importance of punctuality, being courteous and respectful of customers as well as having an over-all good attitude.
