I & O Moving really helped us out! We booked the night before and had a short time window to unload our moving pod. Gordon checked in with us through every step of the process, and the movers were fast, friendly and very professional. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job with one small exception. They dinged the wall causing some drywall to come off but I wasn't too worried about it as the house was going to be painted with all drywall imperfections being fixed. I received a call that the movers were on the way and were there during the prescheduled window. The helpers, Shane and Amal were very courteous and respectful. They introduced themselves and did a walk through to get an understanding of what we wanted. Once that was completed, they started and didn't stop until everything was on the truck! I wasn't sure it was all going to fit but they knew what they were doing and how to pack a truck. Nothing shifted or was damaged during transport. I can't say enough about Shane and Amal. They worked very well together and worked vey hard. And, when I changed my mind about a couple of things, they were perfectly okay with it! Thanks for a great job and eliminating a lot of stress that comes with moving!

Great job! They unloaded 2 16 foot pods in about 2 hours and 20 minutes. They had extra time to assemble furniture and sort boxes without going over the 3 hour minimum. Much better job than our previous movers.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
