David and Vernon were great helping us get a storage container packed up. They made sure everything was packed up tight and we're glad to stay a little longer to get some extra things moved around for us. Definitely recommend them.

Pack and go movers were almost an hour late. The owner of the company came with the two helpers. During the move the owner had a helper put a toolbox down to close to a freon line and broke the line. He called about repairs but did not find anyone. He then convinced us not to clame it on the insurance and said he would bring a comparable freezer to us in about 3 days. 7 days later and no freezer, no call. I then tried to call him to find out the status and could not get an answer. I have left multiple emails ant texts with no response. Do Not Use this company.

Over all I was satisfied with the service, however I did have a few items that I was unsatisfied with. The provider called and informed me that he was on his way and what time to expect him, I was not there I had already left for the airport, and he called again when he arrived and when he finished, so for communications I give a high grade.
I had put moving blankets and had shrink warped as much as I could, and I asked the provider to do the same to the remainder of items that I was not able to do. I left a roll of shrink wrap and placed the moving blankets with each piece. that was not done and the shrink wrap was not used and was not inside of the moving POD upon its arrival at its final destination, I found this to be unacceptable and I give a grade of disappointed, on a positive note the furniture was all OK upon arrival. The load shifted in transit and the POD door was very difficult to open, boxes were toppled and a lampshade was crushed, one of the toppled boxes had a bottle of shampoo that spilled out and made a bit of a mess ( FYI , I packed the box) Over all It was still a good move and I do appreciate the work that was done.

Great, hard-working crew! Polite and professional, they showed up on time and did a great job of jigsawing together all our stuff into the container! Would definitely recommend!

Poor communications with Vernon. It took several calls to confirm online contract with them. They were late for the job, over 1 hour, and again I had to make several phone calls. Very stressful. Once they arrived, the two men went to work and did a very nice job loading my rental truck within the 2 hours. Happy with the loading job but unhappy with difficult communications and how late they were.

VERY careless with my items, I had several pieces of upholstered furniture that were ruined. There were dirty handprints on my furniture and walls. My brand new king mattress was dragged on the floor of the truck even though we provided dozens of blankets. I reached out to the owner on several occasions and he never returned my calls or texts. His mailbox has been full for a week!
