I made the request on line. Prestige Movers called and verbally confirmed what had been requested on line. This was very impressive and most professional. She ask details about the move so there were no glitches on the day of the move. There was a one hour window for the arrival time. I had 2 guys for 4 hours. About an hour before they called again to narrow down the arrival time to 15 mins. Again very impressive. Blake and his helper show up and were polite, courteous and jumped right into the job. They made sure not to damage anything and happily complied with a couple special requests regarding fragile furniture. I will be using them again in the future for my Birmingham needs . Highly recommend Blake and his guys .

I used Prestige Movers to unload a moving truck into my apartment in Downtown Birmingham. It was a good experience and I would use them again! I was contacted before the move date to discuss the task and given a status update the day of the move (I was the second move of the day). During the move, the movers were super friendly and took care to treat my stuff well and ask where things should go. At the end, they offered to shuffle around my furniture to its desired final location. In general, using Prestige Movers was a great experience and I think you should use them too!

I’ve never seen anything like this. I’ve never used movers before but I have worked for an auction house. So I know how to move a house. 3 guys came it took them over an hour to do the downstairs which really only had 1&1/2 rooms. They had to be told to use the Dollie’s they brought. We also had 2 carts we told them they could use. Those would hold 20 boxes at a time. But they were walking out 1 crate/box each. Ridiculous! Total waste of time and money. I wanted to be out. I had everything stacked and ready to go. They moved some of my stuff around but didn’t get that much on the truck. Some of my boxes are on opposite sides of the room from where I placed them. Absurd! At one point I believe they told my husband, “You’ve got so much stuff.”
Really?! Yeah! WE ARE MOVING!!! So in 4 hours, I still have a house to move. Thanks for nothing.
