These guys were awesome! We had to move from 2 locations into 1 and while we didn't have a ton, there were a lot of stairs involved. They were super helpful and made sure everything was moved properly, safely, and without a break. I have used other moving sites before, but have lost furniture, had it broken and then had to battle with a terrible business, never again! I will use Movingzoom and/or Hireahelper every time! Pat & team were on time and flexible - I had a tight time window due to moving from a storage unit (with 6pm close time), and Pat made it possible for us to get the job done earlier than originally planned! They packed a ABF UPack Freight Truck, continuously checking in with us along the way. There was a minor mishap that caused damage to picture frame -- even then, Pat handled the situation very professionally, assuring us that they would pay for damage and throwing in $100+ of free moving supplies into our move. We felt very confident with how the truck was packed as well. Would recommend using MovingZoom for your cross-country move needs.

The guys were amazing! Turned up right on time, brought the pads and the shrink wrap asked for at the last minute the night before and set to packing. They made sofa lifting, and book transport look effortless. They worked with out stopping for 2.5 hours to load the truck which was packed with care and nothing moved during the twisty road trip to the new destination. They met us at the new location and unloaded all within the four hour time estimate. They made it easy and I wouldn't hesitate to use these two guys again. I gave them a tip too.
