We are very happy with this service. They filled up a 16 foot container in 3 hours.They wrapped what needed wrapping and made very good use of the space in the container. Friendly and accommodating service.

I needed helpers last minute after my delivery got here earlier than expected, original moving company couldn't accomodate us anymore. I got connected with Silverback packing and moving who did the job within 2 hours of intital contact. They arrived on time, my storage unit was a total mess and I thought it couldn't fit anymore. Obinna in particular was extremely helpful not only he moved the boxes for us but rearranged the storage and handled everything with care. I'm so impressed by the job they did from start to finish. Perfect score.

Andre & Jordan were very professional and did a great job. They faced a challenging situation in completing a load-in to a partially loaded pod that required me to prioritize which items were most important. They managed to get nearly all of my "must have" items inside, which seemed rather miraculous to me. They completed the job in the time allotted, were careful with my items and were very pleasant.

They were not on time BUT they were caught in traffic and called us while on the road and gave us a new ETA which they met. They were well prepared with straps and shrink wrap. They made the most of the time and never missed a beat. The loaded up the moving truck to its maximum capacity. They did multiple checks on the progress and with what items we wanted moved. Did a very good job of telling us what could fit into the truck and what won't. They actually asked to take a break, which was time off the clock. Very professional in their behavior and actions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

FANTASTIC!!!! Better than FANTASTIC!!! The experience was effortless, and they kept asking if there was more to do. I hire 4 experienced movers for 2 hours which was perfect. I packed kitchen items, 2 moved items to our POD and the 4th stacked and organized the unit. I couldn't have had a better experience.
