The communication was a bit loose from the beginning, as I didn't heard from them until I reached out to confirm the day before. Two helpers arrived about on time, and started unloading my two ReloCubes from U-Packs. While the process went smooth, at the end they were short of time and only help assemble the bed frame but not other furniture. Despite I clearly stated furniture assembly in my request, they did not bring a power tool and left the hand tool in car, ending up to borrow my tools. Furthermore, they told my everything was unloaded, but when I checked after they left, there was a leg from sofa left in the cubes, as well as furniture pads (they said they wanted to take the furniture pads and I agreed, but they did not take all.) Overall they got the job done but could be better.
