Careful, fast and efficient. Highly recommend for your Bay Area move. Arrived on time, even a bit early. Took care to stack everything to make the best use of the space in the PODS container. Loaded the 7-foot container to the edge within exactly 2 hours, in light rain. Would book again in San Francisco, thank you.

For our move, it was raining and in San Francisco a city move is HARD even without the rain. Our movers were kind, fast, professional and experienced. Very happy with the moving labor helpers. They were great at loading our POD.

Requested 4 movers, but 3 showed up and rate was reduced accordingly. Got the job done filling 2 PODs for a 5 bed house in about 8 hours. Also took down large trampoline. Guys were all prepared and courteous. Everything arrived in good shape.

I hired 2 guys to help me move boxes and furniture out of a house and into a pod. They were communicative about their arrival and got right to work. They finished up everything in about an hour and were very careful with everything. Very reasonably priced and reliable. Would hire again.

The two gentlemen who came to the house (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) were polite, professional, very efficient and had loads of POD loading/packing experience. As appropriate they asked questions about the items to be loaded and were very respectful. I would recommend MovingZoom without hesitation.

This is an edit to an earlier review....
My initial experience was not a good one. The movers were friendly but not very professional, with one even repeatedly taking his mask off inside my home. Worked very slowly and took all the light/small items first, allowing my 3-hour prepaid window to expire with most of the really heavy items still in the home. Which meant doing a lot of heavy lifting on my own after they left.
However, the company proactively reached out to me a few days later for my feedback, and when I explained what had happened, they were genuinely apologetic and acted immediately to make everything right. Though I wish things had just gone smoothly to begin with, the company quickly corrected things on the back end and re-earned my trust.
