We had a very stressful move because of the way the Big Moves Moving company handled this order. As soon as I placed this order received a call from them to confirm he will be on point for this service. On the day of the move no one showed up at the scheduled 9:30 am time. After repeated text messages someone showed up at 1:30pm. I paid for 3 movers for 3 hours. Only two people showed up 4 hours delayed and even among the two one of them was just a helper and did not do much during the move. We were very well organized and had most of my stuff boxed and ready to be moved. When they first looked at all the things to be moved he was very confident everything will fit in the container. Up to one third of the container they did a pretty good job. But beyond that things were very sloppy. My couch was placed in without wrapping. towards the end they decided they couldn't fit one fourth of my things. Later that night I ended up redoing some of the loading myself to make sure some of my important items made it in.
Overall this was very disappointing experience. There was no easy way for me to reach out to hire a helper to dispute this charge as I was charged for 3 hours for 3 people even though only 1 person did the work.

We had Ken, Doug and R.J. help us with our big move today. They were very efficient and quick in moving the stuff out of the house. They were also very careful with the furniture and boxes. We had a giant desk with a hutch they could manage to move it out of a tiny room and through a tiny door with no damage. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with their service. Would recommend.
